Why are my Loyalty Points pending?Updated 10 months ago

If you have placed an order with us, your earned loyalty points will be pending for 14 days from the day of purchase.  The reason it is 14 days is to cover the period for any returns or refunds being processed, so the points can be automatically re-applied to your account.

If you have successfully referred somebody to our website, your loyalty points will only be pending for 7 days from the day of the referral.
