Why have I been sent an email asking to confirm delivery?Updated 7 months ago

If you have received an email asking to confirm delivery or share your recent experience with us, this will be from one of our review partners LipScore.  The email will simply ask you to confirm if you've received everything in your order, then leave a rating under each item (1 - 5 stars, 1 being terrible and 5 being amazing).  Your review will then be on our website proudly, for other valued customers to read your review.

This isn't a required completion so if you'd rather not fill this in, the email can be simply deleted.
