My bottles have been openedUpdated 7 months ago

We are sorry to hear you believe your bottles have arrived unsealed.  We would ask that you please check that the teeth of the tamper-proof mechanism around the cap are in fact broken, as the design of the cap means that even whilst fully sealed the upper section of the cap can move freely.  In the past this has given customers the impression that their bottles are unsealed, but upon checking the teeth were actually intact and the bottles were sealed. 

There is an almost 0% chance of unsealed bottles making it through to you, due to our multiple-stage QC checks and dispatch processes; meaning all of your bottles have been handled by at least 6 QC operatives prior to arriving with you, and our bottling machines are specially designed to detect when a cap is not sealed properly and reject the bottle.

If you are confident that your bottles are all unsealed however, then we will need to request images and a return of the defective goods so we can carry out a formal investigation.

Please note our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.  We are not open during weekends or bank holidays.
