If your parcel has arrived damaged, please send us an email including pictures of the damaged parcel, as well as confirming what was missing from your order. This is so we can raise a formal investigation with Royal Mail, as well as ensuring the correct items are replaced.
Please note our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We are not open during weekends or bank holidays.
