Why does my E-Liquid taste different?Updated 10 months ago

Due to a change in our flavour supplier, some of our E-Liquids have been subject to minor adjustments.  Whilst our production and quality control team have worked hard to flavour match almost all our liquids, some will have a different flavour profile compared to previous batches you have received. 

We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are actively working with our marketing team to ensure that any changes are highlighted to customers on the website, to ensure all customers are notified of any potential changes.

In the meantime, we would be more than happy to dispatch some bottles free of charge, whether this is the same liquid or a different flavour of your choice. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide our free returns address, if you would prefer a refund.

Please note our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.  We are not open during weekends or bank holidays.
