Why have my loyalty points disappeared?Updated 10 months ago
Loyalty points can be redeemed as discounts on orders, but aren't able to be used with either an active discount code, multibuy offers or subscription orders. If your points disappear but an order hasn't been placed, these will be automatically re-added to your account.
If your points haven't been automatically re-added after 24 hours, please contact us so our customer service team can assist you.
Please note our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We are not open during weekends or bank holidays.
